SYMPTOMS

• The information for a 54-vial plate (“ANSIAgilent54VialPlate1500µL”) in the Agilent ICF 3.1 and 3.2 media is incomplete and cannot be used to inject in the correct location

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent ICF 3.1
• Agilent ICF 3.2
• ANSIAgilent54VialPlate1500µL

CAUSE

Problems with ICF 3.1 and ICF 3.2 (CRI-1744)

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use ICF 3.0 plate information.

Because of version upgrades and the like, be careful when newly installing Agilent ICF 3.1 and 3.2 and importing plate information.
