LAC/E32 in buffering mode after renaming Empower project parent - WKB86310

- Sample set is not in the project

ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
The Empower parent of the project was renamed after the launch of the sample set (ProjectParent2019 was renamed to ProjectParent2020).
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Rename the parent project with the old name (ProjectParent2019).
- Wait 20 minutes and verify that the recovery was successful.
- After the recovery, provided you do have no sample set in progress in the child projects, rename the parent.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same issue arises if the project is moved to another project parent during the acquisition. Move the project back to the original parent project and wait at least 10 minutes. Then you can move the project to the parent project.
