If you have checked "Calculate Suitability Results" on the "Suitability" tab of the processing method,
If you don’t enter the Void Volume Time, you will be prompted to enter the Void Volume Time and the processing method cannot be saved.
Therefore, if you do not enter this value, the resolution will not be calculated.
Since the void volume time is not used in the formula for the resolution, if the only system suitability item to be calculated is the resolution, there is no need to enter an accurate value.
In that case, enter a convenable number.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Void volume time is V0 (non-retention time: Elution time of the peak of the compound that does not retain on the column).
It can be calculated, or you can enter the time of solvent peak on the chromatogram.
