ANSWER
You can calculate JP s/n with blanks by just applying the processing method on the Review window, no need to right-click the sample set and select Process.
There must be a sample in the sample set with the "Blank" column checked.
Also, the "blank" sample must be in the line above the sample for which you are going to calculate JP s/n.
