How to determine the Agilent 1100 maximum injection volume in Empower - WKB8225

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Determine what the maximum injection volume is for an Agilent 1100.

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent 1100
• ICF 2.1 and higher

PROCEDURE

1. Open the instrument method.
2. Double-click the sampler that is configured in the instrument method. This opens the Configure Sampler page.  
3. Under Options, the maximum injection volume is listed. This value is based on the syringe and the seat capillary that are that are configured on the Agilent 1100.
