SYMPTOMS
- Trying to lock a project in Empower 3 Enterprise but get the error message shown below
- Checked all LAC/Es and Clients but do not see the project open anywhere
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Empower 2
- Empower 3 Personal
- Empower 3 Workgroup
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
The project is buffering on a LAC/E or Client.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reboot the server to push the data buffering on the LAC/E or Client to the server.
