Get Empower to quantitate peaks that have been named by their RRT.

In order to name a peak by its RRT, you must have at least one peak with a user-created name in the components table of the processing method.
Either this peak or another user-created named peak must have a calibration curve.
You will use one of the user-created named peak's calibration curve to quantitate all peaks named by RRT.
To do this, determine which user created the named peak you would like to use, and then select the "Default PK" box for that peak.
This tells the processing method to use this peak's calibration curve to quantitate all integrated peaks that do not have their own name in the processing method's component table, including those named by RRT.
