- When trying to install Empower 3 FR5, a message states that the OS is not supported, and installation aborts

CAUSE
An installation hard stop is coded into FR5 if OS is not Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use the Empower 3 FR5 Extended Installer to install on unsupported Windows operating systems. Part 667006182DD is available on the Digital Delivery portal.
