In Empower 3, why are there extra data files in some project raw data directories? - WKB76226

ANSWER
When a user selects Enable CODA in the processing method, both CODA and 3D MS baseline subtraction create data files that are not visible in the project window.
These channels are stored in the Chromatogram table with additional CODA and/or 3D MS baseline subtraction parameters.
Also, the channels are associated with results in the database, so users should be able to see the channel IDs in the result view if they are associated with a main result, or in Review if they are associated with a 3D MS subresult.
