How do I overlay channels in Empower? - WKB7498

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To overlay channels in Empower and have separate plots.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

PROCEDURE

1. Open project.
2. Go to the Channels tab and highlight the channels of interest.
3. Right-click and select Review.
4. Right-click the chromatogram and select Plot Properties
5. From the overlay tab, choose "Make stack plot" and "Only one chrom in overlay". Click Apply.
   1. "All chroms in overlay" also produces stacked plots with labels on each chromatogram.
