- Ping EPC successfully.
- Telnet to QDa successfully.
- Empower node status showing QDa present and online.
- ACQUITY QDa not present in console window and is displaying "Instrument Communication Failure Error" in run samples widget.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR4
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
CAUSE
Latest Windows update corrupted ACQUITY QDa driver.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Uninstall current ACQUITY QDa driver.
- Reinstall ACQUITY QDa driver.
