SYMPTOMS

• Agilent 1290 console instrument panels are not visible

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower Enterprise (all versions)

CAUSE

COM settings are not correctly set on all nodes for the group Everyone.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Refer to the installation documentation for the COM settings required.
   
2. Ensure that the COM settings for the Everyone group and domain users are correctly set on all nodes (LAC/Es, clients, and server).
   

The panels should now be visible.
