• Audit trail shows two logons by one user, but the Empower system policy is enabled for "don't allow multiple logons"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 2 Service Release 2 Hotfix1
• Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4)

CAUSE

Defect PCS 52149

Abstract/Summary

When you enable the "Don't allow multiple logons" option in the Empower 3 FR2 system policies, the "Login new user" button remains active in the initial window of the new Pro interface.

FIX or WORKAROUND

The issue is under investigation.
