When creating a 2695 instrument method in Empower, unable to increase flow value in the gradient table - WKB62500

SYMPTOMS
- Unable to increase the flow volume to 2 mL/min in the gradient table of an Alliance instrument method
- An error occurs that the flow cannot be set higher than 1.23 mL/min
- This is a new instrument method
- Stroke volume on the front panel of Alliance is set appropriately for 2 mL/min (see WKB46439)
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance 2695
- Empower
CAUSE
In the instrument method in Empower, on the General tab, the stroke volume was set too low compared with the desired flow.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Change the stroke volume on the instrument method General tab.
2. Create a gradient table with the appropriate flow rate.
