SYMPTOMS
When attempting to clone a project, the new project does not contain all the custom fields from the original project
ENVIRONMENT
Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4) Service Release 3 (SR3)
CAUSE
There are new features in Empower 3 FR4 SR3 with regards to custom field privileges. These new features are described in the release notes under PCS 49084 and PCS 55942 on page 28. Users now must have the Create Custom Field privilege to clone projects that have user-defined custom fields.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Give the user the Create Custom Field privilege and the clone will copy all the custom fields.
