SYMPTOMS

• Print setup message pops up when clicking on Preview Publisher in Empower 3 using Citrix 
• Click on OK on the print setup message, and then the open report method option pops up
• Issue with certain users
• Issue only on one Citrix server

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 2
• Citrix server
• Client server

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove the user's profile from the Citrix server (see your Citrix Admin for details).
