Agilent ICF 3.1: A "Server Busy" message appears when performing multiple injections, with ALS as the preferred injector, using Empower - WKB60596
SYMPTOMS

When a sample set has multiple injections on a single line and the ALS is set as the preferred injector in the instrument method, the first injection acquires as expected, but on the second injection a "server busy" error message appears and the acquisition stops

This occurs only for GC 7890A/B when both Headspace and ALS detection are configured
ENVIRONMENT
- Agilent ICF Support Layer v3.1
- Agilent 7890A/B GC
- Empower
CAUSE
Opened as a defect, INFICFSL-246
FIX or WORKAROUND
Upgrade Agilent ICF to 3.2 or higher (INFICFSL-246 was corrected in Agilent ICF Support Layer v 3.2)
Configure the sample set with only one injection per line.
or
Change the configuration of the system to remove the Headspace.
