System name missing from Empower report - WKB60529

SYMPTOMS

• The report does not show a system name; header is blank
• The system name field populates for other system names

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The cell is too small for the system name.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Adjust the size of the cell or shrink the font.

1. Bring the Sample Set/Result Set into Preview/Publisher.
2. Select the Report Method that has the issue.
3. View the header/footer or, if you have the header on the first page, view the first page header.
4. Ungroup the header.
5. Manually adjust the size of the cell to be larger where the System Name is displayed. Another option is to change the font size.
6. Preview the Report to make sure that the size is large enough.
7. Regroup the header.
8. Save Report Method.
