SYMPTOMS
- The error message "Your user profile does not allow you to create a new node. Please contact your Administrator" appears when logging in to Empower via Citrix
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 SR3
CAUSE
Empower users require the Create Node privilege to log in via Citrix.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add the Create Node privilege to all appropriate User Types.
