- First line in the sample set runs without issues
- Second line in the sample set stops and gives error "Timed out waiting for APG ready on vial 2" or "Timed out waiting for datasystem ready on vial 2"
- Remote cable is connected from GC to HSS

CAUSE
GC Cycle time was not set to at least 3 minutes past the Oven time in the instrument method.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add three minutes to the GC Cycle time in the instrument method.
