How to configure a 66-vial plate for use with a G7129A (Agilent 1260 Infinity II) - WKB5412

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Identify the configuration of G7129A with two plates (11 x 6 each).

Copy the attached text file to one of the nodes in Empower.
In Configuration Manager, select Plates in tree.
Right-click any existing plates and select Import from Text.
Browse to the file copied.
Select a name for this plate, such as "11 x 6 plate for G7129A", and then select OK.
Open Run Samples and click Plates tool.
Assign the newly created plate as "plate 1" and repeat for plate 2.
Use the Run Samples window to start a Sample Set.
Alternatively, in Run Samples, select Customize > Defaults, click Plates, and select plates here so that, with this system, these are the customized plates for use.
