Empower: "Unable to load Instrument setup information for AgGC" message in report method when using ICF 3.0 - WKB53691

SYMPTOMS

• After upgrading to ICF 3.0, 3.1 user creates a new instrument method and view in Report Publisher, but the instrument parameters are missing and the following message appears: "Unable to load Instrument setup information for AgGC"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Agilent ICF Support v3.0
• Instrument method
• Report method

CAUSE

Unknown; PCS 56650 opened.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create a new Instrument method.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There are a few PCS already open for similar issues: PCS 48881 and PCS 56501 (for ICF 2.2).
