FIX or WORKAROUND
- Ensure that no analysis is running on the LAC/E.
- Connect to Windows of the LAC/E.
- Run C:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\StopACQUITYProcesses.cmd on the LAC/E. (Path might be different eg. D:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\StopACQUITYProcesses.cmd)
