• 2707 control panel in Empower3 Run Sample in status not connected

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 enterprise
• Waters 2707 Autosampler v1.30 Driver

CAUSE

Undetermined

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that no analysis is running on the LAC/E.
2. Connect to Windows of the LAC/E.
3. Run C:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\StopACQUITYProcesses.cmd on the LAC/E. (Path might be different eg. D:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\StopACQUITYProcesses.cmd)
