Agilent fraction collector (G1364C with four plates, full tray) is not recognized in the configuration - WKB48663

SYMPTOMS

• Plate configuration is not available in ICF control panel for G1364C

ENVIRONMENT

• Agilent fraction collector (G1364C)
• Agilent ICF 2.2 with A.02.03 DU2 and above
• G1364-84521 with four well plates (ANSI 48 2-mL or 96-well deep plates)

CAUSE

Plate is not recognized in Agilent system configuration.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Configure the system using the "Auto config" option in the Agilent Pre-config utility tool.
2. Once configured, restart the LAC/E or acquisition client.
