SYMPTOMS

  • The Agilent LC control panels are blank for a Citrix client regular user but not for an admin user

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 FR4
  • Agilent LC driver 2.14

CAUSE

A regular user local permissions issue on the Citrix server

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Add the regular users to the local admin group permissions on the Citrix server.
  2. Verify that the control panels populate.
  3. Remove the regular users from the local admin group permissions on the Citrix server.
  4. Verify that the control panels still populate.
