SYMPTOMS
When attempting to use Preview Publisher on a result, "Failed to start application" error occurs.
ENVIRONMENT
Empower 3 Personal workstation, Windows 7
CAUSE
Confirm that the Environment Variable Path has a path to C:\Empower\Bin.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add the Environment Variable Path location C:\Empower\Bin to the System Variables Path for the Report Publisher.exe file in Windows Control Panel using Advanced System Settings (Type in View advanced system settings in the Windows search box and click on the Environment Variables button to make the modification). This allows the user to launch Preview Publisher.
