- "Data missing" only on first injection in the Review window of Empower
- Other injections look fine
- No signs or report of buffering
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise / Client server
- Alliance 2695
CAUSE
Message center shows "Carousal Malfunction" error for the first injection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reboot the LC system.
- Ensure that the system comes to Idle state.
- Reinject.
