OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To set up "Modified Overall Bracketing" quantitation methods in Empower. Standards are analyzed at multiple points during a sample set to compensate for minor changes in temperature, flow, and solvent evaporation that can occur during an acquisition. Standards are placed before and after a group of unknown samples to quantitate compounds (bracketing).
