SYMPTOMS

- Instrument Control Framework v3.7.01
CAUSE
The Pluginrunner.exe, which is used to communicate with the W3465 instrument, is being terminated automatically after approximately 90 seconds.
Additionally, in the Config DHCP window, the instrument is incorrectly identified as AgLC instead of the correct type W3465 (required for the ECD detector).
FIX or WORKAROUND
- CRI-8361 raised to update the Instrument type for ECD as W3465 from the Antec Driver. The CRI is now addressed in build WICF 4.2 released by Agilent.
- ICF SL 3.7.01 is not recommended with a W3465 ECD detector. The recommended ICF SL version is 3.6.1.
