The temperature setting does not save in the instrument method in Empower - WKB3064

SYMPTOMS

• A temperature parameter is entered in the instrument method, but when clicking on another parameter or pressing "Enter". the temperature value changes to "OFF".

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

Unknown.  A possible cause: the instrument method was being edited at the same time a user was trying to edit the instrument method.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close the instrument method.
2. Open the instrument method again.
3. Set the temperature parameter.
4. Save the instrument method.
