The "Waters PDF Generator" created before Empower 3 FR4 and the "Waters Internal Queue -- Do Not Use" created from Empower 3 FR4 and above are not actual printers. You cannot print reports to these printers. These pseudo printers serve three functions in Empower.
- Save Reports from the Report Publisher
- Export to PDF from an Export Method
- Save Sign-Offs as PDF Report when that option is selected in System Policies
