How to determine the feature release and service pack version and Installed Options in Empower - WKB3041

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Determine the Empower feature release and service pack version.

Log in to Empower.
In the top left-hand corner of the home page, you will see a question mark (?) button and an (i) button. (In Empower 2 these will be "help" and "about", respectively.)
Click on the (i) button. (Note: In some early versions of Empower 3 and in all versions of Empower 2, this button will say "about".)
In the screen that appears you can find the most recent feature release or service pack by scrolling to the bottom of the Installed Service Packs box. See below.
