SYMPTOMS

• LAC/E 32 Configuration 16 has a single white LED signal when powered-on
• IT can RDP to the LAC/E
• The OS is loaded
• Users can run the instrument connected to the LAC/E
• Users can reboot the LAC/E from Configuration Manager
• Nothing is posted to a connected monitor at power-on or after remote reboot

ENVIRONMENT

• DELL LAC/E 32 Configuration 16 

CAUSE

Suspected faulty motherboard video connection/output

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace (if covered under a support contract).

Given that nothing is displayed or posted during the power-on/boot up, it is not possible to re-image.
