The Alter Sample Set action is recorded in project audit trails when the user alters the samples by selecting data from the Sample Set tab in the project window. In this case, altered sample set audit and modified method audit trails are created in Empower.
When selecting Alter Running Sample Set, the action is only recorded in the audit trail when the changes are saved or the green button is selected to run. The Alter Running Sample Set action is then recorded in the audit trail.
