Empower Analytics system usage data is not reported - WKB27252

SYMPTOMS

• In Empower Analytics, after specifying start and end dates for system usage and total runtime by system by month, the report does not show this information
• Logged in as an administrator 
• Logged in with user type having the 'Run Analytics Scan'

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 

CAUSE

Scan is in progress.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In Empower Analytics, click on the "scan now" icon and wait for the scan to finish.
