Cannot connect to Alliance system in Empower - WKB2718

SYMPTOMS
- IEEE units do not connect
- Ethernet system connects without issue
- Restart does not resolve the issue.
- BusLAC/E status shows OK in Node Properties.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 1, Empower 2, Empower 3
- Waters Alliance HPLC
- Alliance Separations Module 2690/2695/e2695
- 2487 Dual Wavelength Absorbance Detector
CAUSE
Loose IEEE connection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove and reseat IEEE connections.
- Scan Node Properties.
