SYMPTOMS
- No output in from the QDa Run Samples TIC trace
- QDa system does not move from one injection to the next
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Workgroup
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
CAUSE
A power outage caused the QDa and Empower to start up in an incorrect manner.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reboot the Empower node attached to the QDa. Ensure that all Empower services have started.
- Reset the QDa EPC.
