SYMPTOMS
- Cannot remove mixer from tubing on ACQUITY QSM during PM.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM).
CAUSE
Tubing ferrule is stuck inside mixer.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the tubing (4300002319).
- Replace the mixer per the PM.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Important not to damage the tubing while attempting to remove it from the mixer.
