SYMPTOMS

• Empower
• Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• RDPS Clients
• Windows Server 2019

CAUSE

The WatersService and Waters DHCP service were not disabled on the VDI servers(s)

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Disable the WatersService and Waters DHCP service on the VDI servers(s) the same as is required for Citrix.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is not officially tested with Empower.
