Yes. To export .cdf files, configure the export method so that the raw data tab has AIA and File selected. When you use this method to export data, the data is converted into .cdf format.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
AIA/ANDI (.CDF) is a standard interchange format for sharing raw chromatographic data across systems. It doesn’t include Empower processing/methods, and numeric precision/rounding may differ; it’s acceptable for visualization but not for acceptance testing.
For numeric comparison, export peak tables from each system with a controlled ASCII Export Method (choose fields/precision) instead of CDF.
