- "Invalid curve" message in the calibration window
- Sample type is set to Broad Unknown and Narrow Standards
- Vo and Vt values are set up correctly
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Standards are running using a different instrument method than the unknowns.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Rerun the standards and unknowns using the same instrument method.
- Process and save calibration .
- Process the unknowns.
