Empower Custom Field audit trail history is copied in full when using Copy to Project but not when using Save to Project - WKB258892

SYMPTOMS

• The full audit trail history for a Custom Field is copied when performing Copy to Project from within the Empower project containing the custom field
• The full audit trail history for a Custom Field is NOT copied when performing Save to Project from within the Empower project properties window

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

This difference in behavior is documented in CRI-5808.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. If the full audit trail history is required, you must use the Copy to Project function from within the Empower project.
2. If the full audit trail history is not required, you can leverage the Save to Project function from the Empower project properties window.
