No. Agilent no longer supports use of the scanning wavelength functionality for the FLD in Empower 3.
In versions of Empower 3 previous to FR4, this functionality is available in the instrument method editor, but when used it will cause Empower to crash when reviewing or publishing data (PCS 56224; see example below).
