SYMPTOMS

• The control panel in Run Samples is not visible for specific project and users
• On a client PC with Empower installed (not via Citrix), the control panel appears normally for the project and users in question
• Rebooting the Citrix server does not help
• Deleting the user profiles on the Citrix server does not help

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Citrix

CAUSE

A problem with the project or the user's preference

FIX or WORKAROUND

Copy settings.

• For information on how to copy settings, see the KCS article How do I copy user preferences in Empower? (WKB22620)
• Select “Defaults” for the project you want to copy from and “System” for the user.
