CAUSE
In the Windows Region, Additional settings, the Date formats for "Short date" and "Long date" are incorrectly specified.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Specify the correct Date formats for "Short date" and "Long date".
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Windows operating system date format will apply to Empower software. The Empower server and all Empower clients and LAC/Es must be on the same date format.
