Unlock a user's account in Empower.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Log in to Empower as an administrator.
2. Click on "configure the system".
3. Click on "users" on the left side of the page.
4. Highlight the locked user account on the right side of the page.
5. Right-click on the highlighted user account and choose "properties".
6. On the General tab, change the Account Status to "Active".
7. Click "OK" to close the properties window.
