CAUSE

Incorrect information in the instrument method and lack of communications with the GC

FIX or WORKAROUND

Power cycle the GC and LAC/E32, and then, in the GC instrument method, install the catalog information for the column manufacturer and column part number. Ensure that the minimum temperature is set accordingly.
