Empower 3 FR4 audit trail omission after use of Cancel button - WKB227542

SYMPTOMS

• Modification of User Account Status in General tab of User Properties
• User selects User Types > Interface, enters comment per audit trail 
• From User Types > Interface tab, user selects the Cancel button
• Modification occurs to User Account Status
• No system audit trail entry for the change

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 
• Empower 3 FR4 
• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

Unknown, CRI-4353

FIX or WORKAROUND

Do not use the Cancel button to exit the window.

(Issue does not occur in Feature Release 5 and later.)
