There is no audit entry because there is a disconnect between the LAC/E and the database server.
Unnecessary buffering can result from setting the firewall timeout to a value that is not aligned with the user's workflow, such as paused injections or run times that exceed the firewall timeout.
FIX or WORKAROUND
No resolution yet. There is an enhancement request (PCS 54033) to have audit trails captured during buffering issues.
- Check the firewall timeout setting related to the LAC/E-to-database server connection and increase the timeout to a value that protects against disconnection during typical sample set pause times or injection run times.
