SYMPTOMS

• Sample set sits "waiting for injection" and does not start
• Tried both new instrument method and working old instrument method 
• Rebooted system several times
• System communicates fine

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector
• ACQUITY UPLC FLR Detector

CAUSE

System is configured for both PDA and FLR, but the FLR is not in the instrument method.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Add the FLR into the instrument method or bring the system online without the FLR.
